I've been waiting for my food for the past 20 minutes, I can literally see it on the back counter. Absolutely ridiculous
Dairy Queen near West Edmonton Mall (Phase 1 by Galaxyland) today around 2 PM. Guy named as Sagar made a perfect Blizzard and was very friendly and respectful. Even during a busy time, he stayed calm and professional. 10/10 service — highly recommend everyone to try this location.
I received my order very quickly and it was well prepared. The boy working there named Piyush prepares meals fast, maintains proper hygiene, and hands over the order respectfully. He is always kind and professional.☺️ I specifically come to this DQ location at WEM Phase 1 near Galaxyland because the service is efficient and I feel welcomed every time. Management should hire and promote more employees like Piyush at other locations too.
worst experience they’re very slow service make you wait for 30mins for one kids meal horrible services as well thought i’d get chicken sandwich on side while wait afterwards my chicken wasn’t cooked right won’t recommend it. can tell they squeeze chicken cook faster. my chicken looked like chicken strips.
