Overall bad service and the food took forever and wasn't good either
It's filthy. There is literally a layer of grime on the debit machine that's so thick that you can barely see the screen. The employees think the dirt is on the other side of the glass and refuse to even try to clean it, after asking 5 different employees on 5 different occasions. 🫠
We have travel across Canada. This is by far the worst Dairy Queen experience, horrible customer service and they wait. They treated me and my family. The way they serve their products. They count the peanuts they put in a peanut butter parfait they count the spoons. I have never encountered this in any of the Dairy Queen we have ever visited. We had to pay extra to get seven peanuts.
Quick service 15 min before close. Was fairly busy.
