Ordered on the app said it would be ready by 8:29pm, got there had to wait in the drive thru for the other cars in front. Got to the window, got handed the sunday and drink to then be told to pull up and they'd bring the food out. Sat there for 20 minutes while other cars came and went before finally going inside to ask about only to be told they "forgot about it". Finally got the food at 8:47. Absolutely ridiculous.
When they first became under new management the portions were great. Now they're awful. Order a cookie dough blizzard and they give you like seven little pieces - they might be hand counting them in the back tbh
I ordered a 6 piece strip meal and it was the saddest meal I’ve ever seen. I got these thin strips that are really dry. The ranch that came with the meal was separated and was a creamy yellow color and basically not eatable unless I wanted to be sick. Honestly do better Thomasville 👎🏼 Do not recommend
