The food is always hot, however im taking 4 stars off because today while we were there, I noticed a LOT of bare hands from employees touching ready to eat food. This is a big No No in the restaurant industry. Gloves are not required, but bare hand touching is not permitted. The woman putting chicken strips in the baskets used her bare hands, wiped her hands on her jeans several times AND put food in her mouth right on the line making baskets IN FRONT OF THE OWNER.
