Got to the DQ and ordered at 3:52pm. We sat down in the eating area awaiting our meal. At 4:12pm After apparently interrupting the group from one of their chat sessions, I went to the counter to ask where our meal was. I got a very blank look. One of the staff members asked if I wanted a refund , I said no, I wanted my food. She said it would be right out.
