These poor people are severely understaffed :( I know they need to cut down on labour costs, but waiting 10 minutes at the till while there are people making food for the drive thru is really unfortunate

I had an online order from Dairy Queen. When I arrived at the restaurant, there were four staff members working three girls and one boy. They were talking among themselves, and my order had not even been started. When I gave them my order number, they checked it and only then started preparing my order. I had to wait quite a long time (30 minutes) to receive it, even though there were no other customers in the restaurant at that time. Have a gluten allergy and the staff, particular Jasmeen, were super accommodating. They answered all my questions and took the extra precaution to clean the blizzard machine before making mine and open a fresh box of toppings to avoid cross contamination from the bin. It can be tricky to get things out at fast food places as a celiac so super appreciate them doing the extra work to accommodate!
