I ordered a s’mores blizzard they gave me a funky tasting blizzard without any chocolate pieces just graham crackers and maybe marshmallow stuff. When I asked for the chocolate pieces for my s’mores blizzard they said in the s’mores blizzard there is no chocolate pieces. Excuse me are we living in the same world? Ruined my experience there tried to make me look stupid. In the past they also were cheap with the chocolate so there is some in there. Awful.
Food's good, but staff hard to understand the order, needed clarifications on all items as initially what they heard was wrong, and asked for nut allergy note which they confirmed but didn't put it on the order receipt so I had to remind them as they were making it which then caused them to do the allergy protocol... food was good though. Just difficult getting the proper order in and having them listen.
