The girl on till was so rude, when my amex card declined. When i told her to cancle the transction and i want tap one more time, she was made rude face and watching me like i am not frequent stranger. Not happy with the service.

This DQ is the closest place to my house, my last few visits via drive thru continue to disappoint. Portions continue to shrink, service standards fall, cost goes up. Resently ordered a pineapple sunday, expecting chucks and syrup, got maybe a ounce of small chucks no syrup.

I really should have read through the comments before deciding to waste my time and money at this location. On my visit, the order taker at the drive thru should not be dealing with customers. DQ management should spend much needed time with their staff training them to be professional. They were bantering with the vehicle ahead of me for not agreeing to donate more money to whatever charity they are supporting. Went through the drive thru and found that the order taker was rude. When I recieved my order I asked for a receipt and that frustrated the window attendant. As a customer, I hate feeling like I'm an inconvenience. I don't recommend this DQ to anyone.
