So I walk in at 9:40 pm to get a blizzard. The doors says they close at 10pm. The lady at the counter tells me the dinning room is closed. I tell her I dont want to eat here, just wanna place a order to go. She again tells me the dinning room is closed and I can't place a order. What's the point of advertising you are open till 10pm if your not gonna be open till 10pm? Very frustrating when all i wanted was a blizzard. Won't be going back there for awhile.
This dairy queen has the worst customer service skills I have ever experienced. The crew whole crew was so rude and unprofessional. The supervisor on duty answered my call when I called to complain to her an about her crew and EVEN SHE was just as rude and unprofessional. I WILL NOT COME BACK TO THID DQ
Go to the other Dairy Queen in Huntington instead.
Horrible experience, the server had brown stains on her pants and they lost our order.
I went in the location at 1105 1st st Huntington IN 46750 at roughly 8:50 pm and the staff in there were extremely rude to another customer that was in there and extremely unprofessional to me I was not asked if I would like a drink with the meal I got (I assumed there was going to be one since it is a meal and was not aware you had to specifically ask for it) and I was not asked wat sauce I wanted so I had to correct the girl taking my order then when my food came out no one informed my wife it was our food and I had to try... read more
