Completely ridiculous. My 3 year old and I went in for dinner. I order a $7 meal deal for me and a kids meal for her. All chicken and fries. My food comes out immediately, wait another 10 for hers… When I went and asked for it at around 10 minutes I was told “It’s probably not done yet” and didn’t even bother to check. I then went back to my seat and saw her stick her fingers into the ice cream toppings and eat them. She was also eating out of a bag right up front. Staff was wonderful ...quickly filled my family of 7s order for food and ice-cream
I am so disappointed! Me and my family came in and I have 3 under age kids with me and as we walked in there was a 3 employees 1 was laying in the chairs cussing on a video call with her phone...I brushed it off....went to order our food and second girl is in the grill area cruising old burnt frys with the tongs she used to get my food out seem petty to feel some type of way about that but when I asked why is she doing that I got a nasty look...gets better cuz the third girl is eating the toppings to the ice-cream right out ... read more
Our experience was absolutely terrible. On 10/15/2026, at approximately 3:20 p.m., at the Dairy Queen in Huntington, Indiana, on First Street, I called to place a to-go order. The girl told me that she could not take my order because they were too busy and to call back in five minutes. I said okay and waited five minutes; when I called back, no one answered the phone. I walked in the girl at the register walked away, she thought texting was more important than taking my order. Had no chicken. I got a burger. The bottom bun was soaked with grease. Could ring the bun out. Took one bite and threw it out. Was not good.
