I'm horrified by the hair I found in my food! On top of that there was literally a spoonful of fudge on the ice cream ... The cashier refused to acknowledge the hair and I find it weird a grown man is working with a bunch of young minors .. terrible customer service.. I know people who worked there, management is severely terrible, these kids aren't trained at all and don't know what they are doing sorry.. disgusting! I have only eaten at this DQ twice, but the 2 times I've eaten here were enough for me to NEVER eat at a DQ again. At fast food restaurants, I never order the meals. It's always just a burger or just some chicken wings, maybe fries, and a water. The first time I ordered, the store manager rang me up for a meal that included a soda, even though I asked for a water. The manager selected "Coke" as the drink. I thought, "Ok. Very bad customer service. Went in the lobby at 8 30 mom was ordering food for our kids and Zack which was wiping down tables proceeded to tell me and let me know that their lobby was closing at 9:00 and that if we weren't able to eat all of our food by 9:00 p.m. and be done by 9:00 p.m. he was going to have to ask us to be removed from the lobby even if we were still eating. So after he said that I told him okay. So you're going to kick us out if we cannot finish by 9:00 p.m. and I told him that we will eat as quickly as we... read more
