Ordered with my mobile app and I am terribly disappointed. Our good was supposed to be done at 6:51 there was a line in the drive through so we didn't get it till about 6:55. Tell me how my fries were raw and the chicken was soggy how long had it sat out. Worst part is the first thing the Manger asked was if I wanted a refund. I just wanted my food done right. The side of the box and I quote says" a box full of crispy" so why was it soggy and undercooked.
Awful service, stood at counter for minutes with no help. Girl working the front said that she wanted to “kill herself”
