I placed a mobile order from this location because it said it was open at 10:39am. Went to pick it up around 10:50am and there were cones in the drive thru and the doors were locked. I called HQ they said locations were closed because of Labor Day but I would have to get a refund through the franchise owner. Called the location today to see what my options were, they said they were open yesterday but I would get my refund through HQ. Awful service as a whole. Go somewhere else.
WE stopped in to the security rd DQ with our 3 grandchildren before the circus. The staff especially Mose' was extremely pleasant and courteous. We opted to eat outside and Mose' can out to wipe the tables and brought our food out personally. The food was fresh and delicious. This was our first visit and not be the last.
It was so refreshing to have a nice customer service experience. It took my family longer to order once we realized the special we saw on social media was no longer being offered. They were so patient and friendly when we approached the window :) So much so that my nieces commented on the customer service when we drove off.
