If you’re going to have folks speaking to other folks on a drive thru speaker, they should really learn basic customer service skills and kindness. I felt like I ordered my food from someone forced to work there she sounded so unhappy.. basic hello and thankyou goes along way in business today, even if you are fast food.
The staff is horrible they touch and grab my bag without consent and they are not welcome and the staffs tone is hostile would not recommend and I want the staff fired
Pretty good DQ. Simple and cozy. Our Blizzard got ready pretty quickly, but the fries took a bit, not bad tho. The dine-in space is not big, but there was almost no one dinning in so I think it is usually like that, it has protential to get to crowded if they do any special offer. The staff is fantastic and charismatic and the food quality is top DQ quality.
Cakes have certainly gone down hill. Cutting into a birthday cake and it falls in the middle. Do better
The place is fairly small but has plenty of chairs and tables for dine-in, which is great. The parking area is spacious, and they also have a drive-thru for convenience. When I visited around 6 PM, there was no one at the front counter, so I had to peek inside to find someone. I’m guessing they might have fewer staff during the evening, which is understandable.
