When we went, the place was packed with athletes and their families after a recent game. We only stopped in to pick up an ice cream cake and then leave. The line moved quickly, and the team was friendly and worked together well.
My mother and I are regulars at the Charleston, IL restaurant and are usually satisfied with our visits. But, the last time we visited it was not good. The chicken sandwich was over cooked and veggies were not fresh. My mother ordered the salad, and again over cooked chicken, the lettuce was not chopped appropriately, to big, and she found a piece of napkin intermingled in the salad. Disgusting. Plus, the employees acted like they had never gotten an app order before...a lot of confusion.
Blizzards and other treats are amazing here. Also, the chicken strip basket is always a delicious choice. They've even improved on the quality of their burgers.
