Went through the drive through 8/28 an this young teenage girl took my order, I pulled up to the window as she made what I ordered and sat it on the counter and took the car in the drive thru's order. While I sat there waiting and my order melting away. I confronted the girl and she blew up and then another girl came to the window and didn't recognize a problem the girl did. I will never go to this DQ again. I will go to the DQ on Gilbert and Pecos
My son and I went through your drive thru the other night. He was gonna get a cone until he saw your sign about serving the blizzards upside down. He's 8, and thought it was the coolest thing. So we get to the window, and they hand us the blizzard in a bag. I don't know why you'd bother to put it in a bag but whatever. I say to the kid, hey it's not upside down and he very rudely points to a sign that says you're a franchise. I assume he was saying that you do not follow corporate rules? Have had horrible experiences repeatedly at this Dairy Queen. Very unfortunate because I love dq but will not return to this one anymore. I gave them too many chances and am always let down.
Loved it wish they had a Dairy Queen here in Bakersfield
