I had a disappointing experience with one of the cashiers today. The cashier was quite rude and didn’t seem to have any sense of how to speak to customers respectfully. Good customer service is about being polite and professional, but this interaction felt completely the opposite. I hope the management provides proper training so that future customers are treated with more courtesy.
Not impressed with the decor on this custom cake! When I arrived I pointed out that the animal image was bubbling and was offered a spoon to fix it… then I pointed to the black smudge on the side and was told “ya that’s from the printer”. Pretty poor showing. Gave it three stars because I’m sure it’ll taste delicious and the ordering process was so easy.
Ordered my favorite strawberry cheesecake blizzard, the girl who is working there made little bit watery.
