Went to drive thru on 10/18. I ordered for my family. I could not order banana splits due to them being out of bananas. The blizzards is ordered only one was flipped for me while the medium one was very runny. I didn't order a milk shake. The kid at the window was very rude. He even slammed the drive thru window after he said have a good night.
I have walked out 2 times for being ignored. This time I was meeting someone, paid for a full meal, waited. After 20 minutes I asked, the cashier about the order. She had no recollection of the order. I walked out. There is no coherent management of the staff here.
Went 2 weeks ago. 1st time in a long time. Ordered bacon burgers in app and drove away before finding out no bacon. Employees were making comments about other customers that we could clearly hear. Did the online survey and never heard back from local store. Fast forward 2 weeks. Decided to try again. This time the customer service was even worse. Took my daughter there for ice cream for her birthday. Staff was courteous. They brought pur order to our table.
