I dont know the woman’s name that was working tonight (7/13/26 at 8pm) that I spoke with on the phone but she is extremely rude. They don’t know how to make a blizzard. They over blend them to where they’re like soup. The burger was ok but Blizzard was horrible. Stay clear of this Dairy Queen. Customer service is horrendous. Go to Dairy Queen on 72nd St. in Tacoma they have better food and service. Even the delivery driver that delivered my food said the lady was rude. I will never order from there again. Should be 0 rating as I left with nothing but abusive treatment. I ordered a fish sandwich in the App to get the free lemon freeze with an order of $1 or more. I tried to get help at the window where I was first told I had to come in as helping me would mess up their "window time". No one came behind me at all. I was then told I had to learn how to use the App as the window person said "I don't use the App" and "We don't have to know how to use it". The management needs to train staff to focus on customer service. I went in and stood in front of the counter behind a few customers in front of me. The young lady took orders for those customers, then left the counter. I was waiting for about 15 minutes as staff came and go without even looking at me or asking me if I need anything. I asked the guy if they have anyone taking the order, he just said they were busy and walked away. I felt like I wasn't welcomed as a customer, so decided to leave and will never go there again ... read more
