For a fast food joint that is always packed at lunch! There efficiency is pretty impressive, they managed to handle the drive-thru and indoor carry-outs fast and without mixing up orders from my experience and I've ate there probably more than I should..... that Royal brownie keeps bringing me back
I went in to get a meal and the girls working were very unprofessional and had the worst customer service, all around it was a pretty disappointing experience.
My boyfriend and I got food from here today, and he bit into a fry and found a SILICONE CABINET DOOR STOPPER in it. We both had to stop eating midway through because it made us sick, and two minutes after we ordered, they gave us our ice cream before our food and they both became a melted mess before we even got to our vehicle.
Its a dairy queen. They were very busy and still got our order out in reasonsble time frame
