I went there today May 15 at 3pm and there was a roach wing on my ice cream, I had strawberry Sunday and the zesty queso had parts of a roach so you know if there is one there is multiple that’s disgusting and unsanitary. I’ll never go back to that location, plus the service is not good at all.
Absolutely amazing experience at DQ! The staff was super friendly, the service was quick, and everything tasted fresh and delicious. The ice cream was perfect and the place was very clean and welcoming. One of the best DQ locations I’ve visited — definitely coming back again soon!
Asked for extra hot fudge and paid for it. Got a standard amount. Maybe even less than typical at other locations. Fries were greasy and tasteless. Was not given a spoon for my ice cream in my bag. Didn’t realize till had left. By the time I found another DQ to get a long spoon my Peanut Buster Parfait had melted so much that it leaked all over myself and my car when I went to eat it. Will absolutely never visit this location ever again and would advise others to do the same.
