Dont know how its still open. Just look at how many complaints. Nothing done about it
They never get my order right! I checked bags before I left & had to go inside to get missing fries & gravy. So irritating to get home and my chicken sandwich had only meat. No mayo,lettuce or tomatoes. I'm not going back!

Went into the DQ in Alvin no one said will be with you in a moment waited 10 mins and left know heading to the one in Dickinson what a shame
The person at the drive thru window just told me that they don't take the Alvin High School Yellow Jacket sports card. For free blizzard.
Gross. Rude. Lazy. Soggy food. Waited for 20 minutes in filthy lobby while clueless workers joked and horseplayed.
Not quite sure if the owners every come into the restaurant but they should! The place was disgusting. There were a few customers in it, tables unattended, trash on floor, counters dirty and all the employees were standing in the back flapping there lips. Come on...get it together or close down. Not even sure why the health department has not been called in!
I am seriously going to report this location. I love Dairy Queen and wish there where more but the one here in Alvin needs better time management employees. One time the forgot that I had even order and I waited for over an hour for my food.
This is the worst Dairy Queen I've ever been to. They park every single car no matter what you order, then you have to wait in your car for over 20 minutes. The inside is a disgusting mess, all the tables are dirty. The service is crap, I had a employee say she doesn't understand why so many people want ice cream and she wants to go home. They really need to fire the manager and all these lazy employees and start from scratch!
