When originally renovated, the place was great. Food was good, staff was good, service was great. Went last night and it appears they are back to their old ways. Service was extremely slow. Spent a little over 30 minutes in the drive-through. With only 2 vehicles ahead of me. Ice cream was partially melted when we finally got it. It looked like only three 16 year olds were the only employees in the place. Like the previous review said too, no gloves and hands on every thing that I could see...not just the food
We were there a few months back, the food was cold and the meat was like cardboard.. last night the food was AMAZING we noticed a new staff and great service.. love my date nights at ALVIN DQ
Rated a 1, because there wasn't a 0...... this is the 2nd and last time we will go there, besides the nasty flies, it literally took them 25 minutes to make 2 frozen coffee drinks� p.s I really dislike giving anyplace a bad review, but really #overit

I didn't like it food was cold and workers were eating in kitchen....
We were there on Tuesday night at 6:50 pm. We were two of 4 customers and the dining room is empty and all the tables were dirty. Not one table was clean. After placing our order and waiting we noticed how bad the flies are. They are extremely bad!!! Not just one but groups on flies on the dirty tables, dead and live ones on the window ledge. I thought to myself this is what I can see, what is the kitchen like? It's a shame to spend all that money on a remodel and no one seems to care about this restaurant. Won't be going ba... read more
Our local DQ has just had a major renovation, a new management, and great wait staff. Food and ice cream is always good, just like most dairy Queens.
Went in tonight to try to get three tacos and two sundaes for my husband and I. Sat there for over twenty minutes while a family of five who came in way after us got their 5 steak finger baskets and we still didnt have three little old tacos. Then when my husband went to ask them about our tacos they had no idea what we were talking about. My husband asked for our money back which they gave but no apologies no nothing. Horrible experience!!!
We live them and even though sometimes they might make mistakes on orders and I see people complain all the time HEY PEOPLE FAST FOOD IS VERY HARD TO WORK FOR HALF OF Y'ALL COULD NOT DO THIS JOB GIVE THESE KIDS SOME CREDIT at least they are working and trying to better their lives ...Good for u guys we love their service now very fast and polite.Thanks guys for your services
