Went through Drive thru. Order was wrong in every way. Also had asked for extra gravy. None. Had to park and go in to get the right order and also told the manager that I didn't get our extra gravy that I ordered. She said, "Well, I didn't charge you for it." I'm ashamed to say I rolled my eyes and said "OK>" I had to go back outside to my car to get my debit card. She took my debit card and charged it 67 cents. I couldn't believe it. Person taking order needs customer service skills. Food needs a lot!
They always have part of the restaurant closed off in the evening. Tonight there were only two tables available and there was vomit on the floor in the part they weren’t cleaning. Then they closed the bathrooms! This is every day! There were 2 more hours of operation!
Always get the orders wrong. People who work here are stupid.
