Traveling through from South Carolina, I stopped and ordered 3 blizzards and a water. Two of the blizzards were turtle pecan cluster. One was only vanilla and dip cone. One was vanilla, caramel and pecans with no dip cone. I got charged for a Coke I didn’t order. Didn’t notice the Coke or that the blizzards were wrong until I was down the road. This place seems to be going down hill fast. The service is so slow. We’ve timed from the time we drive in to picking up our order and it’s 20 to 25 minutes. We went there July 5th to a sign on the front door saying the lobby is closed due to no help?? The owners left hays and this establishment shows that. No more for me, it’s obvious the owners don’t care about how this is being run. Freddy’s here I come!

The Blizzards come quick and the staff are friendly
Cashier had a bad attitude
After eagerly waiting in line for fifteen minutes for my brownie batter blizzard, I get home and eat half of it to notice there are zero brownie pieces in it and just fudge syrup. SO disappointing to pay for a blizzard and not even get the filling to go with it.
