Great products everytime we go but the employees always standing by the back door smoking with the back door wide open and they are slow slow slow never say thanks or try to up sell anything and when you ask them a question they act like their not real sure. Love my Reese blizzard and footlong coney dog but it seems like you get more bun than you do the footlong they have the best coney sauce anywhere. Normally it is good and I get the best service. But tonight, just now, I did not, from the guy with the glasses and braid. I have got good service from him before and I realize people have bad days. I have worked with the public for years, I know. I can only suggest, grin and bare it buddy.
The staff is always kind and the ice cream is very good.

They are nasty. The lady was touching the trash can at Drive thru window typing on phone then made someone's ice cream. Just NASTY DIRTY you work with food.
Today they dropped my daughter's sundae on the counter , picked it up , added more whipped cream to it and handed it to her! I had to ask them to remake it! I will not be going back to this DQ ever
