Because the Girl at the window misunderstood our order. We wanted blizzards and she made us shakes. When we got to the window and asked for our blizzards, the Manager came to the window and said we don’t sell blizzards! All my life I have bought blizzards from Dairy Queen! New ownership needs to take lessons on customer service and history of the franchise!!
Even though the sign says “Blizzard Menu”, the Manager just told my wife and me they don’t sell blizzards. Poor management and poor customer service
