Horrible. They spilled some on my white shirt and they just gave me napkins and refilled my drink. Instead of apologizing they blames the lids. And the chicken was over cooked, the fries undercooked, and did not get the sauces I asked for. Finally, they did not give me a refund on the blizzard I ordered but drove off because I was pissed about the shirt. They stated I had to go to the store and get a “free” blizzard. Maybe I’m just fat and happy..... we usually get fast service and the order is correct. Not much to say about that.
Since when can you not get M&M's on top of some ice cream for a kid? For Blizzards only? How rude.
Instead of fixing a simple issue with our order the manager said to call the owner if you have a problem. The lack of customer service is terrible. I have the owners number and will be asking for our money back.
Ice cream was partially melted. My son and husband had little to no Butterfinger in their blizzard. When we asked the employee for a little more and showed them the difference between what I had with my Reese’s blizzard vs the Butterfinger blizzard, we were met with a rude response basically telling us to call the owner. We paid over $15 for our ice cream and it was kind of a rip off. Where has good customer service gone? Since when is it acceptable to treat your customers badly and as if they are a nuisance?

Always too slow, drive thru closes early & they don’t have chocolate ice cream
The service here is fantastic! We had a small issue last night and the young lady at the front was extremely helpful and sweet. We’ve never had a bad experience! Thank you!
