Love there cakes ice cream and food
Sunday night was crazy service was chaotic it took 15 minutes to get 2 small cones dipped in chocolate. New setup is a disaster. Still love the cones
Why is there only soft serve Vanilla ice cream? I've never seen an ice cream place without Chocolate ice cream. There should be Chocolate everyday just like Vanilla.
Ordered $21.00 of ice cream the manager,she gave us a bag with 3 of the 8 things we ordered then accused us of taking the other items. She is the on handing out the order does she have any clue? News flash brain child you can order that much at a dq and don't accuse you customers of taking the order when you just handed it out if this is how you treat customers close this location now
The food was great. It did take awhile to get our food but it was hot and worth it. The only reason they didn't get a five is we were sitting outside and they locked the door to close without any warning so my son who is three couldn't get his ice cream. A little warning would have been nice.
