I got a free Blizzard coupon from the Blizzard Fan Club and have been up there several times trying to use it and your chocolate soft serve machine is always tore up, The coupon expires Wed so I doubt it will be used. We went ahead and ordered some food Friday and I got the double Cheese burger, the 1 I got only had 1 patty, pretty sure it wasn't a double, and the place could use some maintenance too, paint wore off the door, scrape pieces of wood holding up the booth seats,
The employees are very helpful. Service was great. Food was very good. Thank you so much.
Didn't even get what I ordered. Then tried calling multiple times and noone even answered. Normally don't complain but when your paying 4 dollars for an ice cream then you at least want what you pay for
Shout out to Jeremy and the rest of the staff at DQ. They DQ something awesome for a group of Intellectually Disabled adults that I work with. They go out of their way to make them feel special! We frequent our local DQ at least 1 time a week and sometimes more. I hope all of your staff #DQsomethingdifferent and amazing like your employees do at your Bristol, VA Paulina Drive location!!!!!
