The pumpkin pie blizzard was a waste of $6.16. It did not have much flavor to it, bland with no whipped topping or nutmeg or the toppings they use at other dairy queens. It just tasted like faintly flavored vanilla ice cream. Please teach your employees how to make these correctly. And they are suppose to hold it upside down in front of you or next one is free and this location never does this.
No line in drive thru which we thought was nice but ended up waiting 25 minutes for the wrong order to be rung up and she ended up just giving us a refund. They also had to put in our order twice because she lost it. Wanted to drive off like so many cars did while we waited. Drove a mile and a half to Bojangles. Got my food correcly, hot, and in a timely manner.
Cashier were so very nice to us! I brought my family, 11 of us for ice cream. They were very patient until everyone decided what they wanted.
This has got to be the filthiest and dirtiest Dairy Queen in the entire chain. Not once have I been in this store that I didn’t have to make the staff clean the kitchen before making my food. I cannot knowingly eat food prepared in a dirty kitchen. It’s so bad that nowadays I just report it to the VA Department of Health.

Ordered, waited 20 minutes for not mixed blizzards, a moo latte that looks like chunks in liquid...won’t be back super sad
