I pulled up to the drive thru during lunch hours and waited at the speaker to order for a cpl min. Pulled up to the window thinking the intercom might be inop for the day. To my dismay two customers pointed to me and waved me inside. So I came inside and they said the drive thru was closed and I asked the female cashier/mngr if this was true and she replied yes. I have to drive almost to Madison to eat here. Please bring a Dairy Queen closer into town, maybe off N.Parkway!
The customer service was absolutely subpar. To many young kids and no leader to help keep them on task.
I love their soft serve but the cone itself it sometimes very stale.
