Went there yesterday with my boyfriend and the AC was broke. It was near 100 degrees inside the building and nowhere to sit outside. We were asked if we wanted our ice cream while we waited for our food, mine was brought out but my boyfriend's Blizzard didn't arrive until after we finished eating. The kid didn't even attempt to serve it upsidedown because it was literally liquid. He asked for it to be remade, and the remake was just as liquidy as the first. Disgustingly unsanitary, Does Alabama not have health regulations!?
My experience here was subpar. The woman working there gave us the wrong order and then couldn’t figure out who it belonged to. When we finally got our food it didn’t look too appealing. My daughter’s hot dog was gray and she didn’t want to eat it. I go back to order her chicken fingers and onion rings but they had run out of onion rings. Not planning on returning.
