There food was good but they need to make there fries salty
I'd leave zero stars if possible. Blizzard had chunks of ice cream stuck to the side of the cup and my cone looked like some horrific Dr. Suess experiment. Horrible. Third time with abysmal quality, we'll never be back to this location
Worst DQ ever. Ordered two blizzards. One was all chunks and no ice cream. The other was the consistency of a melted milkshake without a single cookie chunk.
Tonight my wife and I decided to treat ourselfs to some dairy Queen burgers and blizzards. Well when when we got home my wife found a 1 inch by 2 inch piece of cardboard inside her burger with her tomato and pickles and onion, after throwing my wife's burger away we decided to eat our blizzards well I ordered a cookie dough blizzard with Xtra cookie dough and yes I counted only 4 pieces of cookie dough in my medium blizzard. It would be nice if this page had a direct contact link, so I don't have to leave a bad review before they offer to fix my problem. I just went through the drive through, ordered a Butterfinger blizzard. I have no idea why they would put cherry in it. I suspect the blizzard before me must have had cherry in it. I would hope they would clean the machine between blizzards - and if they are not, does management know about it? I had to throw it away. I do not like cherry flavor anything. Bummer.
Went thru the drive thru about 30 minutes ago. Had to repeat my order three times (medium caramel moolatte and a large chocolate malt) and they still had it backwards at the window. Had to park and go in to watch while it was remade. She put the crushed ice stuff in the malt cup and I asked if they were really made with that stuff and got a snotty "yeah" in response. I usually love dairy queen. I paid for an extra gravy with my chicken strips. I get home (on bike no less) only to find not even half in both containers and it was cold. Very upset. They seem to get upset when I check my order in front of them insisting it is all there. They did good last time so I trusted them. THIS is why I do it. If you pay extra for something you better get it. I tried to remedy the situation by putting them both in one and it wasn't even half way full even then. If I could post a picture of the garbage I was served I would! We sat waiting for our order 10 minutes, while it was sitting on the counter ready to go! We live 5 minutes from the shop and by the time we got home my ice cream was soup!! I'm fuming right now! $4.79 for soup and bad service. The one in Damascus is 1000X better!
