I usually just go for the ice cream. I rarely eat anything. Unless it’s an order of french fries
I will never return to this restaurant as for the 45 min I spent waiting I. the drive through, the menu sign was dark when asked for lights they said there broke, people in other cars were yelling out the windows to hurry and get the food out. when I got to the window I asked for a manager and the girl told me she was the corporate manager and said I'm sorry in a snarky voice I then asked for ow er information was told they dont deal with this. this experience was awful and to top it off our blizzards were like soup
place is crappy. I normally don't post bad reviews but feel the need to do so. we have been here several times and each time there has always been something wrong with our order, like last time our blizzards were soup, not ice cream and my Julius was juice and not a smoothie and they don't flip the blizzards like they are suppose to. that's the fun part about going to dairy queen. :(
I stopped in the West Jordan Dairy Queen for lunch today. The smell turned my stomach. The place was empty, the dining room floor was filthy & one of the counter people had stains (not new) on his shirt & his hair looked greasy. Needless to say, I lost my appetite & left. I can't even describe the smell in there, other than, it was very unpleasant. I would be willing to bet they haven't changed a mop head in months. Nothing like you see in the commercials, not even close!!!
Good food with a bonus of free ice cream cone! Will go again sometime.
Konečně někde, kde prodávají dobré jídlo s houbama! A dokonce ty houby mají opravdovou chuť, žádná guma! Zmrzlina taky super. Takže skvélá večeře. :)
Boycott this location!!! We ordered food for kiddos and treats. My 7 year old excited ran to counter to get her food. She knocked over the dessert that ended up on the floor. The counter employee took the dessert and told her she needed to pay for another one...really?? Upset And shocked I asked to talk to the manager, who echoed the response and said it was just too bad.
