On the evening of Saturday, October 28, 2017, I ordered 2 large chocolate malts and a medium chocolate shake to go. They put a full lid on one malt, and an open dome lid on the other malt. All three items were extremely thin and runny, and on the drive home, the open lid one spilled all over my car seat. Furthermore, all three were so chocolatey that we almost couldn't drink them. These three drinks were NOT cheap, and very disappointing DQ items!!
terrible management, undercooked food, i also heard that big body builder guys' brother harasses the girls that work there and never buttons his shirt up when he's cooking food in the back when he works weekends. bad service, even worse management.
Please do not invest your money into the DQ at 1520 S. Webb Rd, in Wichita KS. The owner verbalized his primary focus isn't customers or quality food/service, it's his money. I believe in 2nd chances and this place has continued to disappoint. The blizzards are often runny. I ordered a cake figuring you can't go wrong with those. It wasn't done the how I asked.
