Messed up our order twice.My husband ended up with a turkey bacon club at the drive thru that had no bacon or tomato or mayo or the extra cheese two times!
Went to the west side location after a ball game. Drive thru was packed & inside was pretty full, but minimal line! Helpful & accommodating when we ordered. Ice cream came out in a timely manner & everything tasted great!! So glad this location is back open!!
Hubby goes to get 3 large blizzards 2 was supposed to be Oreo and a large cup of vanilla. Comes home with 6 Oreo and a vanilla cup. Double charged and I still did NOT get any ice cream. What a Dumb A working the window. Not the brightest 💡
They won't let you attach pictures or I would show you the raw interior of my chicken strip. It is impossible to have any real dialogue during a drive through order because the speaker cuts out and is all static.
We drive from Junction City to go get some ice cream. The staff is nice & friendly and work very hard. It was free ice cream cone day & they were right on top of things. Keep up the good work Daily Queen....

Staff was attentive and kind to a woman who dropped her meal on accident. They brought her out a new meal. I was very impressed and was appreciative of their kindness.
Staff was attentive and cranking out orders on a busy Saturday game day night. You could hear them cracking jokes and it looked like they enjoy working there. Reminded me of the good old days going there. EMAW
