Hubby & I had lunch there. Our sundaes came with the food. And the ice cream never melted... so I’m wondering what we ate? I had hot fudge, which is my usual & have never not had the ice cream melt. 30 mins & still not melted. Strange. Has anyone else had this experience & know what it was?

Shoulda known it was gonna be a bad time when one of the workers stared at us when we pulled into the lot.... weird... absolute. Garbage. Staff was semi rude. That fake nice..... gave us.... ‘gravy’ that was more like school glue... we ordered extra gravy with our STEAK baskets!!! What’d we get? Chicken. Not to mention she tried to force drinks on us.... look folks, if you do not like your job. Please don’t take it out on customers. We were polite. We said thank you and please. This is sad really. Fuq this DQ.

Hire employees who help..
45 minutes before closing on a friday night and they have all ice cream shut down, except vanilla. pretty sad for an ice cream place.
Normally I love DQ. Was starving tonight & thought a DQ double cheese sounds so good. Always hot & cheesey. NOT....well not tonight, I was there at 6:10 & got 2 Double Cheese Burgers. Both were dressed correctly but if they were warm at all you couldn't tell by the cheese. All cheese was cold not even a little melted. In fact when we looked at the buger, cheese fell off onto my lap. Definitely not what I'm accustomed to from DQ on third. Btw, very cute person at the register. Helpful, chatty & attentive. I called at 10:30p to see if they were open, I was told yes til 11. I left and was there within ten minutes. Went thru drive thru no one answered the speaker. Went inside and was snickered at I told that they didn't "hear" the beep. No one was wearing a headset. They were acting disrespectful and I turned around and left. I went to sonic. You guys just lost my business.
I went out of my way last night to get a Dairy Queen ice cream cone because they have always had the best ice cream. No more though, their ice cream has been changed. It was horrible and almost like eating Cool Whip with no substance. I think McDonald's ice cream cones are better than this. Please go back to the ice cream you used to have. I will not be going, until this is corrected.
Apparently @DairyQueen punishes you for having a big family and charges you for free sundaes over 4 completely ridiculous and not competent business practice hello sonic
