This Dairy Queen needs to learn how to treat their employees. Very poor management needs to learn customer service skills. Will never step foot back in this Dairy Queen
First let me say I like this Dairy Queen very much, and we go there frequently. But, today we went through the drive thru, and tried to order a medium Turtle Pecan Cluster Blizzard, and a med. chocolate cone. The people inside were evidently having too much fun to get our order right. Never did get my med. cone, and it took 3 trys to get them to understand the blizzard part of the order. VERY disappointed today.
I worked at dairy queen for a while. You pay to much for to little, chili comes in a can, when I was there a lot of health code violations, and gloves... non existent. Oh and the ice cream comes in a bag. But you ignore all that and there alright
We always go here after dinner with local friends and we have the best time!
Today I went thru the drive thru and ordered my almost 13 year old Cocker Spaniel his very last meal. They said "this one's on us" and sent me on my way. Charlie ate it all and very much enjoyed his ice cream!! THANK YOU from the bottom of our hearts!!
