first time customer .. I ordered a sprinkle cone for my grand daughter from the drive Thru. She wanted a strawberry on top Was told that they can only do that in a dish if ice cream . but the nice girl gave me a dish with strawberries in for her Thanks DQ
Very poor Customer service. I understand these are kids working here however if at that miserable don't work at a busy customer service place. The gal I had last night was so rude. Not one smile appeared on her face and she didn't say not one word to me except my total and I had to ask that again. This isn't the first time either have had a few run ins thru the drive thru as well. Don't think I will be going back to this one unless I have too or something gets done about the employees.
Sunshine was rude..and she made my drink wrong..and then just tossed it down at me..no i hi welcome to dq..no thankyou. Nothing..not even a smile...im going to northhill from now on.

4th Avenue Dairy Queen needs to step up their game. Whoever the older chick with the red hair is needs to take a customer service course. I don't care if you are stressed through the lunch rush. You don't yell at a kid that your "doing something right now" when he's just politely trying to ask a question and you're not currently helping a customer. When I saw it, I grabbed Lilly's hand and said "on that bitchy note, we're leaving". That location doesn't even have the best food (their ice cream is tangy), it's just convenient... read more
The worst DQ in town! They always always always forget to put truffles in my salted caramel blizzards.
Went to the Location off of Broadway...love their hamburgers but my order was COMPLETELY WRONG...Ordered quarter pounder with the works x2..and received double cheese burgers with only mustard and ketchup...had a friend try one because I raved about the Burgers here..wow what a disappointment for myself and friend!
