This Dairy Queen was terrible. There were 6-9 people "working" and not doing a thing. I ordered inside to take to go and so one initially made the sundae and set it down and then 10 minutes later the people who ordered after me got their things. I ordered 4 blizzards and not one person was making them as you can hear if they are mixing them. Meanwhile, the sundae has pretty much half melted. Went there tonight and got the wrong order. First they brought out the wrong order and we told them it was wrong and what we actually ordered. They came back with our order and it still wasn’t correct and we tired to talk to the guy but he kept walking away without listening that one of our items was still wrong. We finally left because they were so busy.
Every time we have gone there they have been out of what we are wanting and the staff are always extremely rude and short with us.
Seems like whenever I come to your restaurant I end up getting everything in the bag that I ordered so when we check to see if I have what I ordered it looks right, however when I get home something big is missing. Check pictures for a missing burger patty on a cheeseburger and missing chicken strips from a chicken strip basket.
Won 't deal with establishments that force their way into my space!
Just came threw, got a bbq chicken strip basket. My napkins n silver wear were smashed into the box with my food, resulting in my napkins being soaked in bbq sauce. So they are completely falling apart and stuck to my chicken, in order to eat them I'd have to pick threw n peal off the napkin pieces. My silver wear are the same. This has happened before and was honestly just a waist of money. Poor staff service most times also. Wish I could post the pic I have...
