RecommendedOur first stay at Daingerfield State Park was absolutely a blast this past weekend. Thanks to Officer John Thomas and his staff for welcoming us and showing us around. I'll upload tons of pics on my personal page and tag you guys. We hit it just right with the leaves changing colors. My wife especially like the EXCEPTIONALLY clean restrooms and showers. My boys love the trails, canoes, and paddle boats. We also enjoy a GREAT Sunday service at the Amphitheater led by a local group. We will for sure be back... often !
10/23/14 - I just visited Daingerfield SP! I've lived in Texas my whole life and never knew about this amazing park. I will definitely return...it was so peaceful...the trees were just starting to turn yellow...and to think, a newspaper article is what got me there!
