I found one of the shirts they sent me at the manufacturer’s website for literally a third the price ($27 instead of the $85 they were asking). Their app and their website don’t agree on what my account has purchased, with one saying I have made two purchases and the other saying three. The amounts I have spent are also different and this is despite the fact that I have confirmed that I am logging in with the exact same email and password to both. That is highly problematic. Awful experience. The consultants DO NOT review your feed back and notes. They will send you the exact same thing you hated month after month. I asked from day one not to receive unfinished hems, and they kept sending them. Almost every item in my boxes was above the price range I set each month. I asked for $50-$100 and everything was around $120-$180. I requested a special "vacation/resort" box, received confirmation they would send one and they did not. Paid for styling services and received an email that a stylist would soon reach out to send a preview email. Ten days later still had not received that email but then today received one that said my “next box” would arrive in April having never received a first box. Assured they have tall clothes, if so they didn’t send any. Some clothes smelled like perfume. I filled out a preference form. My box didn’t include any of the preferences. I received 3 summer items in the throes of winter. I didn’t read the reviews prior to subscribing.. my bad.
