I've worked with several PCA companies since becoming physically disabled. And Dailycare has to be by far the worst I've worked with. Office staff extremely hard to contact, phone calls go unanswered, pca staff refusal to follow rules by refusing to stay off their phones. I've had PCAs scream and yell at me because I tried to enforce staying off the phone.
