First off, the food is genuinely some of the best food I have ever had. We ordered a chicken milanese sandwich, pork belly roll, and cheesy potatoes, all 3 are 10/10 food. The chicken sandwich and the potatoes were phenomenal. The sandwich was massive and possibly our new favorite food. Our only complaint is the pork belly roll. I can always appreciate a well thought out plate. I did not have a favorite over another. Between the cucumber salad, the green beans, a burger with bacon added (I don't usually mess the chefs food, I just really wanted bacon so thank you for that). The owners should be very proud of their staff. Very passionate, great vibes and HAPPY. They were happy to be their and that says alot in general. I definitely dropped a pin to make sure to come back on the travels.

Daily Operation was such a great find. Everything we ordered had a lot of thought behind it, from the seasoning to the textures, and the flavors really stood out. The food feels creative without trying too hard, and the casual setup makes the whole experience very easygoing. Service was friendly and the portions were satisfying. I can see why people who live around here keep coming back, this is definitely a place I’d recommend if you’re exploring the Easthampton area.
