I had high expectations because of all the good reviews and gorgeous photos. But If ur looking to get a nice manicure and to get pampered don’t go here. The tech just shaved down half my nail with no real prep and slapped on the gel x tips. Filed them down. And painted on top of my dusty nails. Everything seemed dirty too loads of crumbs in the nail lights I put my hand in there only to feel Little clumps of product. Were the clippers even sterilized?
