Had lunch today at the Daily Grind, I tried their smashed chickpea& sunflower seed sandwich, it was amazing. I will definitely go there again, and again!
To be completely honest, I didn't like the Daily Grind before. Now under the new ownership, its probably my favorite coffee shop! The drive thru is so convenient and the drinks are awesome. my son wanted a coffee and the woman who runs the store gave us so many alternatives for him! The service is totally awesome!!

Mocha was fiery, sweet and memorable. Frittata was luscious. I'll miss this place.
The owner is so lovely and pleasant, always smiling and I just love this little coffeehouse the salads for lunch are always super fresh and a great selection of sandwiches. The coffee and specialty drinks are excellent and it's a nice relaxing atmosphere... a gem in Gering! Highly recommended is the southwest salad and chicken salad sandwiches...great breakfast spot too;)
Loved the coffee and the egg strata. The owner is lovely. :) So happy to support LOCAL.
I would almost consider moving to.Gering just to come here every day.
