The first thing you notice about a place is how busy it is. Based on that first impression, I felt pretty good about going in. Add in the river view and the fact that it adjoins a book store, and I could have had very poor coffee and food and been at least somewhat satisfied. As it played out, I would have neither. I had their house blend and found it was pretty much exactly what I want with coffee- bold and complex, not horribly acidic, and best of all, fresh. Good Coffee, Good Snacks, Good People...all with a fantastic view of the river from their deck!
Love The Daily Grind. Visit at least once a week. Very good baked goods and Lattes. Owners are very friendly.
Best coffee ever had, staff very friendly. Owners are wonderful. Love the teas too.
