Needed new set of dentures after 10 years. Did not try to make new pair. Used old pair to model new pair. Returned 4 x to try and get done right. 4th time in 3 weeks they refused to try and fix problem. Paperwork given at 1st appt stated 60 days to get them fixed right. They did not follow thru on their deal as they promised. Took my teeth and haven't seen my money back. Assembly line tactics. Phone staff pleasant, office staff hateful. Dont waste your time
