The service here has always been solid. Elijah in particular was very helpful and professional. Highlights from what I’ve tried: karaage chicken, pork belly skewers, kimchi potatoes, filet/foie, shaking beef (the mint makes it special). All of the crudo options are delicious. Food was good. I got the Thai basil chicken but I would highly suggest that you order the ribs (which I tried). There is an outdoor riverside dining area that would probably be amazing if the weather was not so apocalyptically hot.

I wanted to like Daigoro badly. It ticks all of my favorite boxes for cuisine, location and atmosphere. Unfortunately despite the outstanding efforts of our server, the food was very disappointing. We ordered 8 dishes, 7 from the left side of the menu which are designed for small shareable eating. We ate 4 of them. Japchae is supposed to be served cool to avoid the noodles over cooking.
