Chuck Bennett was a fantastic realtor to work with, and I will certainly be choosing him for future home purchases. He is very knowledge on homes, often providing unique insights on materials/layouts, he was flexible with my schedule and willing to come out on weekends, and put forth his best effort to find the right house for me and to make sure I settled in nicely after the purchase. Sandy Southwell is the best realtor in the state! She helped me purchase my condo and 10 years later helped me sell it. She is patient and hardworking. She'll make sure to find a home that you love in your price range, no matter how long it takes. She was on top of communication-- juggling between me, the buyer, the title company and the HOA. She's extremely knowledgeable about the market, too! I would recommend her to everyone who need help with real estate. She makes the entire process extremely easy!

We met Chuck Bennett in 2017 when we purchased an investment property. We have met some realtors with questionable judgement. What they would do for a listing would shock you. It's a realtor eat realtor world out there and Chuck has no appetite for this behavior. We live out of town away from our properties.
