I had the pleasure of working with Michael Daiello and his staff at the Daiello Law Firm. I sought him out after an online research for a probate attorney. Mike and staff handle everything in a thoughtful, caring and professional manner. They are quite knowledgeable. I was kept abreast of the probate process every step of the way. This was my first experience in settling an estate after the passing of my loved one. I would recommend his services to anyone in need of a great attorney.

I am an out-of-state attorney and I had a very complicated Pennsylvania probate case that required an highly competent expert attorney. Hiring the Daiello Law Firm was the best decision I made. Mr. Daiello is an expert in his field and his advice was always spot on. The firm's fees are reasonable and Mr. Daiello and his legal assistant, Amanda, were a pleasure to work with. I couldn't have hired a better firm for my case and I HIGHLY recommend them, whether it is a straightforward case or a complicated case like mine was.

I do probate work in Florida and had an estate that needed an Ancillary Estate done for property located in PA. I contacted their office to assist and they were very easy to work with. Their office was responsive and communication was great! They handled the matter with professionalism. I would recommend them for anyone needing probate in PA and I will happily work with them again in the future if any of my clients ever have the need.
