DO NOT use this doctor if you have multiple sclerosis. After being my established neurologist for over two years, She REFUSED to treat my multiple sclerosis attack with steroids. I had to go to hospital, THEN she REFUSED ALL aftercare. This took place over an eight (8) weeks period. I had an telehealth appointment set up for 10-01-24, and didn't find out it was cancelled and rescheduled until the day of appointment... they rescheduled the appointment for today 10-11-24. I registered immediately, and today i signed into mychart 30 minutes in advance to check in to the appointment, and the appointment no longer exists on mychart. I wish I could leave negative stars, or none at all. My 60 year old, healthy, vibrant mother began seeing Dr. Dai a few years ago due to a slight slur/defect in her speaking. Dr. Dai ordered one MRI to rule out stroke or tumors and did. However, my mother’s symptoms progressed slowly at first then rapidly, rendering her practically inarticulate in conversation.
